SING & DANCE
"Just as the snake slithers, the lion roars, the nightingale sings and the peacock dances, human beings should express their emotions" |

DISCIPLINE OF NATURE
An extract of the live recording from the CD
“If you want to accomplish everything, it’s not going to happen. We can only aim at one objective at a time. We can only concentrate upon one entity, one item at a time. That is the discipline of nature..” |

The Human Body
An extract of the live recording from the CD
“Inner space is equally powerful as the outside space and universes. Humans seem to exist in the centre.
That is between the microcosm and macrocosm. Humans can descend either deep into the subatomic particles or soar above the galaxies and reach the cosmos elsewhere.” |

ARKA DHYANA - DVD
“There is a super sensor, a deep seated self, beneath everything we feel, think and talk about. This embodies the impenetrable formulas, codes and secrets of nature and the universe, just as genes in the body carry information about our ancestors.”
“We need spiritual inspiration and deeper insights, on how to steer humanity and to what destinations; and the strength and empowering motivation to act on the required changes. It is a 21st century emergency. It is time to focus less on the intellectual mind and direct more of our energies in exploring the inner realms of our consciousness, to develop the intuitive nature of higher awareness, through alternative spiritual means.
Meditation is at the heart of the metaphysical education, with which we can evolve to a greater understanding of the workings of higher nature and the universe outside us and feel content within; through experiencing our inner space, our micro-universe, inner nature an consciousness. As a consequence we can achieve improved health, joy, wisdom and enlightenment. When embarked upon, such a meditative inner voyage will be adventurous yet graceful- a process called Dhyana.
This DVD is a invitation for all to experience Arka Dhyana.” |

TIMELESS MEMORIES
In the stream of time, relics, monuments, history and the memories of today will all be washed away while rising to the future. Somewhere this stream of time will circle back with some changes again for us to re-experience life in mystical ways.

SAAROOGOVAUM
Saaroogovaum is not a word from any language. It is a sound and rhythm that Srinivas Arka experienced while he was walking through the woods one morning, just before sunrise.
When he shared Saaroogovaum with his audience, at a talk he gave that evening, several of them said that the experience was beautiful and elevating.
Srinivas Arka often begins and ends his public talks with this mystical sound.
In order to deeply feel the benefits of its effects, one has to master the frequencies of its utterance and its correct pronunciation. We hope that this unique recording will be welcomed by the many people who have requested it, and also by those who will now experience Saaroogovaum for the first time. |

EVER DANCING HEART
Instrumental music
This instrumental music flowed spontaneously in the heart of Srinivas Arka while he observed the rising sun in the Himalayas. The music is a merging of emotions.
Expression becomes the expression of your heart. The mind becomes the spectator. The heart begins to dance, not needing any orchestra or audience. |

GESTURE OF UNITY
Live recording
On December 8th 2002, at the Centre for Conscious Awareness, in Toronto, Canada, Srinivas Arka gave a talk on experiencing unity through gestures.
When we become consciously aware of gestures we can become in tune with everything that surrounds us. Touching with conscious awareness is not simply touching the body, but also touching the elements in nature.
Gestures are direct expressions of the heart, when we let our heart speak, our hands move spontaneously or naturally making certain gestures. Through the use of gestures we can become more united with ourselves and thus be able to experience unity, harmony or oneness within. This unity allows us to become more receptive to higher guidance, that may come into every individual at sometime in life. |

QUESTION AND INQUIRY
Live recording - Canada - November 1995
SIT, SIT, SIT
Live recording - Canada - October 1995
This talk given by Srinivas Arka stands apart among his other talks and teachings.
One evening he surprised his friends and students with this talk which is in itself like a poem, with the recurring, deceivingly simple theme - sit, sit, sit.
Yet, it is one of the most profound themes since many don't realize that the greatest barrier for knowing our true inner selves and entering higher levels of consciousness is noise and movement.
This, temporarily and effectively, shuts off that spiritual awareness of our existence and purpose, when by just practising quietude, silencing our physical body and the habitual chattering mind, we allow a shift to occur in our consciousness.
Thus an inner receptive space is created into which insights and truths previously unknown to us may appear.
Srinivas Arka seems to tell us, hinting beyond its simplicity, the strong urgency of this gesture - a condition essential to open the door for higher inspiration. |

THE ONENESS WITHIN
Live recording - Canada - October 1996
This talk was given by Srinivas Arka at a gathering in 1996, immediately after a deep state of Dhyana. The sound of his voice conveys the depth of his spiritual message in which he touches a fundamental truth- the fact that no emerging into a higher state of consciousness and being ever involves one body alone. No passing on and up into a higher state of consciousness ever takes place unless an alignment is achieved between the various forms of our existence- the physical, emotional, mental bodies and our inner conscious spirit.
Then the word 'oneness' stops being a vague, abstract term and becomes a fact of our being with the help of which one expands in an ever widening awareness.
To help us achieve this otherwise laborious task, Srinivas Arka came with the gift of a mystic sound, SAAROOGOVAUM, with which he often begins and ends his open audiences and talks. When uttered consciously and collectively, this sound brings different states of deepened awareness to different individuals. This includes a calming effect, alleviating of bodily discomfort, a feeling of oneness and different states of expanded and elevated consciousness.
PURE CONSCIOUSNESS
Live recording - Canada - October 1998
This is a talk given by Srinivas Arka. It speaks about the journey of consciousness which, from its pure state, steps into the tangible form to gain life experiences, using mind and memory as instruments to move in time.
With the essence of these memories converted into subtle forms of impression, our consciousness moves into higher or different planes of existence- from the differentiation of the surface-consciousness to the oneness of depth-consciousness.
