The Centre for Conscious Awareness made its debut at the Yoga Conference and Show 2008 on April 25, 26 and 27. The highlight was the launching of an Arka Dhyana - Touch & Sound Meditation DVD. In addition to demonstrating the Touch & Sound Meditation method and playing the much liked Inspiration music, the CCA members networked and interacted with people from all walks of life.
