Dhyana workshop for JCI Brindavan members, India

An introductory presentation on Arka Dhyana explaining its structure and theory was followed by a practical demonstration, which guided the participants through Introductory Level One-Gesture Dhyana.

 

Srinivas Arka’s talk on the importance of Dhyana along with the Question and Answer session created an interest and awareness in the audience due to its significance in daily life.
